We’ve moved away from the old way of doing things to give you a bit more freedom. Our memberships are built on a simple idea: that you should never have to think twice about your pet’s wellbeing. That’s why we’ve moved away from weight brackets. Now one simple price provides every pet with the highest level of protection, including Lungworm cover as standard for dogs.
Whether it’s having your essentials arrive at your door exactly when they’re due, or the comfort of knowing you can pop in to see us whenever you’re worried, it’s all about making sure your pet always gets the care they deserve. No guesswork, no hesitation - just proper vet care, exactly when you need it.

Real Care covers all your pet's preventative essentials (vaccinations, flea/worming, home delivery). Real Freedom includes all of that, plus the "Freedom" to visit our vets or nurses whenever you have a clinical worry for £0.00.

It means exactly what it says - if you are worried about your pet’s health, the consultation fee is taken care of. To keep this fair for everyone and ensure we always have appointments available for sick pets, this covers clinical advice and new concerns. Technical procedures and the administration of long-term injections carry a separate fee.

Absolutely. Think of the Real Pets Health Club as your "Maintenance & Wellness" plan (which insurance doesn't cover) and your insurance as your "Safety Net" for major accidents or surgeries. They work perfectly together.

For pets requiring long-term injectable medications (such as Librela), your expert Vet Clinical Reviews & Nurse Consultations are £0.00. We simply charge a small, professional fee for the clinical administration of the treatment itself.

Yes! You can upgrade to Real Freedom at any time if you'd like that extra peace of mind. If you wish to move back to Real Care, you can do so at your annual renewal date. Please see our T & Cs for more details.

Yes. We believe these are part of keeping a pet comfortable, so these are included in your nurse consultations.

No - we’ve taken that off your plate. Unlike many other plans that rely on you contacting the surgery and making a trip to collect medications, we include Home Delivery as standard.
We also provide Lungworm protection as part of our core cover for dogs, ensuring your pet has the highest level of protection. We track the dates for you and deliver the right dose to your door exactly when it's due.
The only requirement is that we see your pet regularly. To safely dispense prescription-strength parasite medication, your pet needs to attend their annual booster and their 6-month health check. As long as your pet stays up to date with these visits, the protection just arrives when it’s needed - no phone calls, no parking, and no 'admin' for you.

We think so! Life is busy, and we know how easy it is for a month to slip by. By delivering directly to your home, we remove the 'admin' of pet ownership. You don’t need to call us, and you don’t need to find a parking space - the protection just arrives when it’s needed.
