We kindly ask that you give us sufficient notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your pet’s appointment. When cancellations are made without enough notice, it prevents us from offering that time to another pet in need.

For Monday appointments, please contact us by 3pm on the preceding Friday.

For surgical appointments, we require at least 2 days' notice, by 3pm, prior to the scheduled date.
For Monday surgical appointments, please notify us by 3pm on the preceding Thursday.

Late Cancellation & Missed Appointment Fees:

• Missed or late-cancelled standard appointments will incur a £20 fee.

• Missed surgical appointments without the required notice will result in a £50 charge, in addition to the £50 deposit already paid.
