We’re so pleased to share some good news — our registration list is now open again!
After six weeks with our books closed to new clients, we’re ready to welcome new pets (and their people) to our independent practice.
Why We Pressed Pause
Closing our list was not an easy decision. Over recent months we’ve seen a significant increase in demand, and as much as we’d love to say yes to everyone, our priority has to be providing the very best care to the pets already registered with us.
By temporarily pausing new registrations, we’ve been able to:
Protect appointment availability for unwell pets
Maintain continuity of care
Support our brilliant team
Ensure we never compromise on the quality of care we provide
As an independent practice, we don’t answer to a corporate head office — we answer to you and your pets. Taking this short break has allowed us to reset and make sure we’re ready to grow sustainably.
