Reduced Staffing at Our Practices – Wednesday 28th January

We’d like to let our clients know that on Wednesday 28th January, both of our practices will be working with reduced staffing levels for the full day (9am–5pm).

On this date, our nursing team will be taking part in important training as part of our ongoing commitment to providing excellent care for your pets.

We’ll still be open as usual, with our vets, reception team and student nurses available, and a small number of routine appointments running at both practices.

As our staff numbers are reduced on this day, you may notice:

• Longer waits on the phone

• Slight delays responding to PetsApp messages

• Longer processing times for medication and prescription requests

We really appreciate your patience and understanding while our team continues to develop their skills and knowledge to support the very best care for your pets.
